Every year, The Resilience Project comes together with our community to complete the Murph Challenge not just as a physical feat, but as a tribute to the brave men and women who serve. This year's Murph 2025 was more than just a workout. It was a celebration of grit, gratitude, and growth.

Held on May 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Murph 2025 brought together veterans, active-duty service members, families, and fitness enthusiasts from all walks of life. Participants tackled the classic workout in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL and Medal of Honor recipient whose legacy continues to inspire.
The Workout
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run (All with a 20lb vest or body armor, optional)
This year, our community didn’t just show up. They showed out. From sunrise to the final round, the energy was electric, fueled by purpose and camaraderie.
